Rezumat/Abstract. The analysis of the economic and touristic potential of the Dyala province, the development of the touristic planning concept, by addressing the economic, cultural, urban, architectural and environmental issues. Establishing a proper relationship between urban and touristic development, which could bring a positive effect for each individual and society in general and the need to change the behavior of the individual due to wars and the decrease of the tourism business, to ensure that the change and the economic, social and cultural progress will have a positive effect in the development of a high-quality touristic environment.
